By booking an appointment with skinFIT you are agreeing to the following terms:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please beware of our policies:
Cancellations/rescheduling: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $20.00. This amount must be paid at your next scheduled appointment.
No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If you fail to cancel/reschedule and do not show up to your appointment, a fee of up to 50% of your scheduled appointment will be invoiced to you and due before the time of your next appointment.
Running late: If you are running late to an appointment please give a courtesy call/text. Your appointment will be tailored to fit in the allotted time frame. Due to some appointment requirements you may have to reschedule if you are running more than 10 minutes late and a fee may be applied.
Multiple last minute cancels/reschedules or no shows may result in not being able to book future appointments.

Here are some things to keep in mind before and after your facial…
- If you are using any retinol products or any product in which causes your skin any sensitivity stop use about 3-5 days before your facial or waxing treatment. If you fail to stop the use of these products, you are increasing the likelihood of burning the skin or lifting the skin in the case of waxing.
- If you are going to be exercising the same day as your facial, it is best to do so before. If you are getting any kind of peel or enzyme treatment your skin may be a little sensitive and by raising your body temperature you will increase the sensitivity and may cause adverse effects
- Your facial may bring up some underlying congestion, so don’t be surprised if a pimple or two pop up a day or two after your facial.
- Some rosiness and sensitivity may occur after a facial or waxing treatment. Contact your Esthetician if this persists more than 24 hours.
- If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact your Esthetician.
